Shemoth (Exodus) 10:1 – 13:16
Shemoth (Exodus) 10
- And Yahuah said unto El-Mosheh, Come to Pharaoh: for I have hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, that I might shew these My signs before him:
- And that thou mayest tell in the ears of thy son, and of thy son’s son, את what things I have wrought in Mitsrayim, and My signs which I have done among them; that ye may know how that I am Yahuah .
- And Mosheh and Aharon came in unto Pharaoh, and said unto him, Thus saith Yahuah Elohai of the Ivriym, How long wilt thou refuse to humble thyself before Me? let My people go, that they may serve Me.
- Else, if thou refuse to let My people go, behold, to morrow will I bring the locusts into thy coast:
- And they shall cover the face of the earth, that one cannot be able to see the earth: and they shall eat the residue of that which is escaped, which remaineth unto you from the hail, and shall eat every tree which groweth for you out of the field:
- And they shall fill thy houses, and the houses of all thy servants, and the houses of all the Mitsriym; which neither thy fathers, nor thy fathers’ fathers have seen, since the day that they were upon the earth unto this day. And he turned himself, and went out from Pharaoh.
- And Pharaoh’s servants said unto him, How long shall this man be a snare unto us? let the men go, that they may serve Yahuah Elohaykem: knowest thou not yet that Mitsrayim is destroyed?
- And Mosheh and Aharon were brought again unto Pharaoh: and he said unto them, Go, serve Yahuah Elohaykem: but who are they that shall go?
- And Mosheh said, We will go with our young and with our old, with our sons and with our daughters, with our flocks and with our herds will we go; for we must hold a feast unto Yahuah .
- And he said unto them, Let Yahuah be so with you, as I will let you go, and your little ones: look to it; for evil is before you.
- Not so: go now ye that are men, and serve Yahuah ; for that ye did desire. And they were driven out from Pharaoh’s presence.
- And Yahuah said unto Mosheh, Stretch out thine hand over the land of Mitsrayim for the locusts, that they may come up upon the land of Mitsrayim, and eat every herb of the land, את even all that the hail hath left.
- And Mosheh stretched forth his rod over the land of Mitsrayim, and Yahuah brought an east wind upon the land all that day, and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.
- And the locust went up over all the land of Mitsrayim, and rested in all the coasts of Mitsrayim: very grievous were they; before them there were no such locusts as they, neither after them shall be such.
- For they covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left: and there remained not any green thing in the trees, or in the herbs of the field, through all the land of Mitsrayim.
- Then Pharaoh called for Mosheh and Aharon in haste; and he said, I have sinned against Yahuah Elohaykem, and against you.
- Now therefore forgive, I pray thee, my sin only this once, and intreat Yahuah Elohaykem, that He may take away from me this death only.
- And he went out from Pharaoh, and intreated Yahuah .
- And Yahuah turned a mighty strong west wind, which took away the locusts, and cast them into the Red sea; there remained not one locust in all the coasts of Mitsrayim.
- But Yahuah hardened Pharaoh’s heart, so that he would not let the children of Yashar’el go.
- And Yahuah said unto Mosheh, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Mitsrayim, even darkness which may be felt.
- And Mosheh stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Mitsrayim three days:
- They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Yashar’el had light in their dwellings.
- And Pharaoh called unto Mosheh, and said, Go ye, serve Yahuah ; only let your flocks and your herds be stayed: let your little ones also go with you.
- And Mosheh said, Thou must give us also sacrifices and ascending smoke offerings, that we may sacrifice unto Yahuah Elohaynu.
- Our cattle also shall go with us; there shall not an hoof be left behind; for thereof must we take to serve Yahuah Elohaynu; and we know not with what we must serve Yahuah , until we come thither.
- But Yahuah hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he would not let them go.
- And Pharaoh said unto him, Get thee from me, take heed to thyself, see my face no more; for in that day thou seest my face thou shalt die.
- And Mosheh said, Thou hast spoken well, I will see thy face again no more.
Shemoth (Exodus) 11
- And Yahuah said unto Mosheh, Yet will I bring one plague more upon Pharaoh, and upon Mitsrayim; afterwards he will let you go hence: when he shall let you go, he shall surely thrust you out hence altogether.
- Speak now in the ears of the people, and let every man borrow of his neighbour, and every woman of her neighbour, jewels of silver and jewels of gold.
- And Yahuah gave the people favour in the sight of the Mitsriym. Moreover the man Mosheh was very great in the land of Mitsrayim, in the sight of Pharaoh’s servants, and in the sight of the people.
- And Mosheh said, Thus saith Yahuah , About midnight will I go out into the midst of Mitsrayim:
- And all the firstborn in the land of Mitsrayim shall die, from the first born of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maidservant that is behind the mill; and all the firstborn of beasts.
- And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Mitsrayim, such as there was none like it, nor shall be like it any more.
- But against any of the children of Yashar’el shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast: that ye may know how that Yahuah doth put a difference between the Mitsriym and Yashar’el.
- And all these thy servants shall come down unto me, and bow down themselves unto me, saying, Get thee out, and all the people that follow thee: and after that I will go out. And he went out from Pharaoh in a great anger.
- And Yahuah said unto Mosheh, Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you; that My wonders may be multiplied in the land of Mitsrayim.
- And Mosheh and Aharon did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and Yahuah hardened Pharaoh’s heart, so that he would not let the children of Yashar’el go out of his land.
Shemoth (Exodus) 12
- And Yahuah spake unto Mosheh and Aharon in the land of Mitsrayim saying,
- This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.
- Speak ye unto all the assembly of Yashar’el, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:
- And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.
- Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:
- And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole multitude of the assembly of Yashar’el shall kill it in the evening.
- And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it.
- And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and matstsah; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.
- Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof.
- And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire.
- And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is Yahuah ‘s Pesach.
- For I will pass through the land of Mitsrayim this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Mitsrayim, both man and beast; and against all the elohiym of Mitsrayim I will execute judgment: I am Yahuah.
- And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Mitsrayim.
- And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to Yahuah throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.
- Seven days shall ye eat matstsah; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth chamets from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Yashar’el.
- And in the first day there shall be a set-apart assembly, and in the seventh day there shall be a set-apart assembly to you; no manner of work shall be done in them, save that which every man must eat, that only may be done of you.
- And ye shall observe the Feast of Matstsah; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Mitsrayim: therefore shall ye guard this day in your generations by an ordinance for ever.
- In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat matstsah, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even.
- Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your houses: for whosoever eateth that which is leavened, even that soul shall be cut off from the assembly of Yashar’el, whether he be a stranger, or born in the land.
- Ye shall eat nothing leavened; in all your habitations shall ye eat matstsah.
- Then Mosheh called for all the elders of Yashar’el, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the Pesach.
- And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the bason, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning.
- For Yahuah will pass through to smite the Mitsriym; and when He seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, Yahuah will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.
- And ye shall observe this thing for an ordinance to thee and to thy sons for ever.
- And it shall come to pass, when ye be come to the land which Yahuah will give you, according as He hath promised, that ye shall keep this service.
- And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by this service?
- That ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of Yahuah ‘s Pesach, who passed over the houses of the children of Yashar’el in Mitsrayim, when He smote the Mitsriym, and delivered our houses. And the people bowed the head and worshipped.
- And the children of Yashar’el went away, and did as Yahuah had commanded Mosheh and Aharon, so did they.
- And it came to pass, that at midnight Yahuah smote all the firstborn in the land of Mitsrayim, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.
- And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Mitsriym; and there was a great cry in Mitsrayim; for there was not a house where there was not one dead.
- And he called for Mosheh and Aharon by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Yashar’el; and go, serve Yahuah , as ye have said.
- Also take your flocks and your herds, as ye have said, and be gone; and bless me also.
- And the Mitsriym were urgent upon the people, that they might send them out of the land in haste; for they said, We be all dead men.
- And the people took their dough before it was leavened, their kneadingtroughs being bound up in their clothes upon their shoulders.
- And the children of Yashar’el did according to the word of Mosheh; and they borrowed of the Mitsriym jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment:
- And Yahuah gave the people favour in the sight of the Mitsriym, so that they lent unto them such things as they required. And they spoiled the Mitsriym.
- And the children of Yashar’el journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot that were men, beside children.
- And a mixed multitude went up also with them; and flocks, and herds, even very much cattle.
- And they baked unleavened cakes of the dough which they brought forth out of Mitsrayim, for it was not leavened; because they were thrust out of Mitsrayim, and could not tarry, neither had they prepared for themselves any victual.
- Now the sojourning of the children of Yashar’el, who dwelt in Mitsrayim, was four hundred and thirty years.
- And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day it came to pass, that all the hosts of Yahuah went out from the land of Mitsrayim.
- It is a night to be much observed unto Yahuah for bringing them out from the land of Mitsrayim: this is that night of Yahuah to be observed of all the children of Yashar’el in their generations.
- And Yahuah said unto Mosheh and Aharon, This is the ordinance of the Pesach: There shall no stranger eat thereof:
- But every man’s servant that is bought for money, when thou hast circumcised him, then shall he eat thereof.
- A foreigner and an hired servant shall not eat thereof.
- In one house shall it be eaten; thou shalt not carry forth ought of the flesh abroad out of the house; neither shall ye break a bone thereof.
- All the assembly of Yashar’el shall keep it.
- And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the Pesach to Yahuah , let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.
- One Torah shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.
- Thus did all the children of Yashar’el; as Yahuah commanded Mosheh and Aharon, so did they.
- And it came to pass the selfsame day, that Yahuah did bring the children of Yashar’el out of the land of Mitsrayim by their armies.
Shemoth (Exodus) 13:1-16
- And Yahuah spake unto Mosheh, saying,
- Sanctify unto Me all the firstborn, whatsoever openeth the womb among the children of Yashar’el, both of man and of beast: it is Mine.
- And Mosheh said unto the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Mitsrayim, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand Yahuah brought you out from this place: there shall no chamets be eaten.
- This day came ye out in the month Aviyv.
- And it shall be when Yahuah shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which He sware unto thy fathers to give thee, a land flowing with milk and honey, that thou shalt keep this service in this month.
- Seven days thou shalt eat matstsah, and in the seventh day shall be a feast to Yahuah .
- Matstsah shall be eaten את seven days; and there shall no chamets be seen with thee, neither shall there be leaven seen with thee in all thy quarters.
- And thou shalt shew thy son in that day, saying, This is done because of that which Yahuah did unto me when I came forth out of Mitsrayim.
- And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that Yahuah ‘s Torah may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath Yahuah brought thee out of Mitsrayim.
- Thou shalt therefore keep this ordinance in his season from year to year.
- And it shall be when Yahuah shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, as He sware unto thee and to thy fathers, and shall give it thee,
- That thou shalt set apart unto Yahuah all that openeth the matrix, and every firstling that cometh of a beast which thou hast; the males shall be Yahuah ‘s.
- And every firstling of an ass thou shalt redeem with a lamb; and if thou wilt not redeem it, then thou shalt break his neck: and all the firstborn of man among thy children shalt thou redeem.
- And it shall be when thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What is this? that thou shalt say unto him, By strength of hand Yahuah brought us out from Mitsrayim, from the house of bondage:
- And it came to pass, when Pharaoh would hardly let us go, that Yahuah slew all the firstborn in the land of Mitsrayim, both the firstborn of man, and the firstborn of beast: therefore I sacrifice to Yahuah all that openeth the matrix, being males; but all the firstborn of my children I redeem.
- And it shall be for a token upon thine hand, and for frontlets between thine eyes: for by strength of hand Yahuah brought us forth out of Mitsrayim.

Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 46:13-28
- 13. The word that Yahuah spake to Yirmeyahu the prophet, how Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon should come and smite the land of Mitsrayim.
- 14. Declare ye in Mitsrayim, and publish in Migdol, and publish in Noph and in Tahpanhes: say ye, Stand fast, and prepare thee; for the sword shall devour round about thee.
- 15. Why are thy valiant men swept away? they stood not, because Yahuah did drive them.
- 16. He made many to fall, yea, one fell upon another: and they said, Arise, and let us go again to our own people, and to the land of our nativity, from the oppressing sword.
- 17. They did cry there, Pharaoh king of Mitsrayim is but a noise; he hath passed the time appointed.
- 18. As I live, saith the King, whose name is Yahuah Tseva’oth, Surely as Tabor is among the mountains, and as Carmel by the sea, so shall he come.
- 19. O thou daughter dwelling in Mitsrayim, furnish thyself to go into captivity: for Noph shall be waste and desolate without an inhabitant.
- 20. Mitsrayim is like a very fair heifer, but destruction cometh; it cometh out of the north.
- 21. Also her hired men are in the midst of her like fatted bullocks; for they also are turned back, and are fled away together: they did not stand, because the day of their calamity was come upon them, and the time of their visitation.
- 22. The voice thereof shall go like a serpent; for they shall march with an army, and come against her with axes, as hewers of wood.
- 23. They shall cut down her forest, saith Yahuah, though it cannot be searched; because they are more than the grasshoppers, and are innumerable.
- 24. The daughter of Mitsrayim shall be confounded; she shall be delivered into the hand of the people of the north.
- 25. Yahuah Tseva’oth, the Elohiym of Yashar’el, saith; Behold, I will punish the multitude of No, and Pharaoh, and Mitsrayim, with their elohiym, and their kings; even Pharaoh, and all them that trust in him:
- 26. And I will deliver them into the hand of those that seek their lives, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of his servants: and afterward it shall be inhabited, as in the days of old, saith Yahuah.
- 27. But fear not thou, O my servant Ya’aqov, and be not dismayed, O Yashar’el: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Ya’aqov shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.
- 28. Fear thou not, O Ya’aqov My servant, saith Yahuah: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.

Luqas (Luke) 22:7–30 & 1st Qorintiym (Corinthians) 11:20-34
Luqas (Luke) 22:7–30
- 7. Then came the day of Pesach, when the Pesach must be killed.
- 8. And He sent Kepha and Yochanon, saying, Go and prepare us the Pesach, that we may eat.
- 9. And they said unto Him, Where wilt Thou that we prepare?
- 10. And He said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in.
- 11. And ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Rabbi saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the Pesach with my talmidiym?
- 12. And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.
- 13. And they went, and found as He had said unto them: and they made ready the Pesach.
- 14. And when the hour was come, He sat down, and the twelve apostles with Him.
- 15. And He said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this Pesach with you before I suffer:
- 16. For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the Kingdom of Elohiym.
- 17. And He took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:
- 18. For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the Kingdom of Elohiym shall come.
- 19. And He took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is My body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of Me.
- 20. Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the Renewed Covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.
- 21. But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth Me is with Me on the table.
- 22. And truly the Son of A’dam goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom He is betrayed!
- 23. And they began to enquire among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing.
- 24. And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.
- 25. And He said unto them, The kings of the other nations exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.
- 26. But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
- 27. For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as He that serveth.
- 28. Ye are they which have continued with Me in My temptations.
- 29. And I appoint unto you a Kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto Me;
- 30. That ye may eat and drink at My table in My Kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Yashar’el.
1st Qorintiym (Corinthians) 11:20-34
- 29. And I appoint unto you a Kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto Me;
- 30. That ye may eat and drink at My table in My Kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Yashar’el.
- 20. When ye come together therefore into one place, this is not to eat on the day of our Adonai.
- 21. For in eating every one taketh before other his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken.
- 22. What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the called-out assembly of Elohiym, and shame them that have not? what shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.
- 23. For I have received of Yah that which also I delivered unto you, that Yahusha the same night in which He was betrayed took bread:
- 24. And when He had given thanks, He brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is My body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of Me.
- 25. After the same manner also He took the cup, when He had supped, saying, this cup is the Renewed Covenant in My blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of Me.
- 26. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Adonai’s death till He come.
- 27. Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of Yahuah, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of Yahuah.
- 28. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
- 29. For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the body of Adonai.
- 30. For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.
- 31. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
- 32. But when we are judged, we are chastened of Yah, that we should not be condemned with the world.
- 33. Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another.
- 34. And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.
